We're not the young whiz kids on the block who have limited experience of business. But we do add value for our clients by providing real clarity of thinking about their products, their competitive positioning, their value proposition, their channels to market their communications and advertising and their customer service.
Occasionally our approach has led to lively debate with our clients because we tell it like it is. We put ourselves in the position of the customer. We ask the hard questions that others may not wish to raise but which need to be asked if the company wishes to get the most out of its marketing dollar. We're not afraid of speaking our mind and once or twice we have terminated our relationship with a client because we truly believed that our advice was worth taking and the client was unwilling to take it - and we didn't want them to waste their precious marketing budget on things we believed would not deliver the benefits they were expecting!
That's the beauty of being O&W. We've been there and done that and we're pretty confident that our advice is worth taking seriously. Nor are we luddites because we've been growing up with the hi tech world since 1969 and are fully in tune with the on-line space, applying our experience to meet the challenges of on-line marketing and social media.

O&W designed and wrote this Corporate brochure for the Australian subsidiary of Chamberlain, an American corporation that is the world leader in the manufacture of garage door and gate openers and associated accessories. |
These 4 page consumer brochures were designed to promote Chamberlain's range of sectional garage door openers to the consumer market. O&W advised the client to move away from the exisiting "industrial" or "engineering" type of brochure that tended to focus on the product rather than the application and benefits, and to produce a brochure that would address the consumer need. |

Thoughtfully designed newsletters help organisations communicate more effecively with their customers. However, when developing a newsletter some key things need to be considered. Too many organisations forget that what might be of interest to them may not be of interest to their readers. St Pauls Memorial School is situated in the remote highlands of the Philippines. Viccy Harper has been doing charitable work there for many years and has raised money through charitable donations to maintain and expand the school. O&W designed and published this newsletter on pro-bono basis to inform donors of progress at the school. |
Ambalindum Station is a working cattle station, situated approximately 135 km North East of Alice Springs, and is one of the original cattle stations settled in Central Australia. At well over 3,000 square kilometres, the station and its immediate surrounds feature some of the most spectacular scenery in Central Australia. The Old Ambalindum Homestead is the focal point of local tourism activities. A range of accommodation is available, from camping sites and van sites to bunkhouse quarters, as well as the air conditioned comfort of the historic Old Ambalindum homestead itself. O&W produced this advertisement for their Open Day. |

O&W was commissioned to design and develop their website. The brief was to produce a website targeted at architects and designers that would be easy to navigate and provide all the technical information required to make a decision on Universal'sproducts and services. |
